<b>                    Path of the Earth Mage

Welcome, mage without a home for his heart.  Have you
decided to  seek the  path  of balance?  To become a
Geomancer is to join a closely knit  family, to
become  one with the earth and to tread the middle
    ground, the path of Tao.

We are interested  in every prospective student that
comes our way.  However, in order to attract the
attention of a LaoShi, you must first show
that you are dedicated and willing to learn. To
become a student of our path, a Xuesheng, you must
first meet  a few  simple requirements:

<*> Attain the fiftieth level of insight.

<*> Be willing to learn and devote the time it takes
       to complete your training.

<*> Possess basic roleplay ability OR be willing to
learn to roleplay (we will gladly teach you).

<*> Possess no red Justice scars nor carry the
       scorn of any subpath. (Exceptions

Once you have met these requirements, your next step
is to meet  with a  LaoShi.   In order to do this,
you  must  send  a letter  of introduction to our
Head LaoShi:  where you come from, and how you found
yourself here. That is, why do you wish to tread the
    path of the Geomancer?

If the LaoShi  senses  you  are being  sincere,
he or she will respond with a request to meet.
We will then observe you for a time, perhaps even
scheduling a few lessons. Still, it is advisable to
attend events, strike up conversations with
Geomancers, or perhaps just spend some time in the
House of Chi. From this point on, you are a student of
Tao and will be expected to act as such.

May the Tao guide your path, and we look forward to
    meeting you!
